Weekly rental charges for 2008

	3rd May - 12th July	£295
- High Season	13th July - 6th Sept	£345
	6th Sept - 28th Oct	£295
	- All other dates £245

There is a 10% discount for couples i.e. an occupancy of 2 at the house. There is 5% early bird booking discount ( 5months).
Discounts can be addative i.e. if a couple books 5 months in advance, the discount would be 15%.
