The terraced house is in a quiet street with little passing traffic situated in the Langeudoc village of Bizanet. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, one double, one twin and one single. There is also a large bathroom housing the washing machine and a separate w.c. A wooden stair case leads to the upper floor, and directly into a large vaulted lounger diner with exposed beams. Also on this level is the kitchen, (with fridge freezer, microwave and full cooker), the 140 sq. ft. terrace and a second w.c.
The upstairs lounge is quite large with wooden beams, it has a dinning table large enough for 6 people, a sitting area with "click clak" sofa and two armchairs, and a television that receives English TV and radio programs.
French windows lead from the lounge onto the terrace.
The terrace is 140 sq. ft. in size and is large enough for all the family to enjoy al fresco meals in the sun. The terrace is accessed directly from the kitchen and from patio doors in the lounge.
Unfortunately there is no parking outside the house, but there is a parking available about 100 yards. In over six years the area has been completely safe.
